I have been trying to access this website that contains a dossier offering hundreds of declassified government documents and analysis of covert ops and propaganda campaigns worldwide.

I haven't been able to access it, has anybody ever been on there or know of a similar website?

I know it cannot be displayed. I wanted to know if anybody in the past has been able to access it or if he/she knows of a similar website.
