Can't wait for the Dominiq Suter video.

Libya's Martyr Square - Why you must question everything you see on TeeVee news

This comment doesn't show up in the post but it did in my e-mail notifications from the site. Just thought I'd play devil's advocate and post it here for your consideration. There are a lot of Obama supporters on that site who are cheering the Libyan war but I'm not sure if this user is one of them.

"Wanting the truth from news media is something you and I agree on. No matter who it hinders or benefits, I believe we both just want facts from news outlets. I'm not so sure this gentleman is delivering the facts, though I believe he thinks he is and is sincere. He tells us the BBC footage is not Green Square, but he never shows us the real Green Square for comparison. Doesn't offering a side-by-side comparison sound like something you would want to see from someone making these claims? I know I would. The flags being waved do appear to be India's flag, but I was never able to tell for certain from this video if the flags had the Ashok Chakra (the 24-spoke wheel) in the center of the white area (and I was wearing my best glasses, too). I believe they may have been there, though, and I will give him that one. But a flag can be carried anywhere, so that proves nothing... even though it does *imply* he *may* be correct.

I have seen flags of that style and color in CNN footage which purported to be from Green Square, but without the Ashok Chakra. I have mentioned to my wife that it was not the flag of Libya. But I have also seen the Libyan flag in some of the same shots. Perhaps CNN made the same mistake as the BBC, or are "in on it," too. I don't know. All I'm saying is, I need something like palm trees in Wisconsin... or in this case, a 360 degree pan to show the differences in the physical location. Additionally, he did himself no favor by including the other crowds of people and making fun of what BBC may show tomorrow. He lost some credibility, in my eyes at least, by doing that. I believe he is sincere. I applaud his gumption for doing this, and I do like his style. But when making claims like this, gumption and style do not prove the case. Then again, he might be correct. But he was only able to *imply* the deception or error... he did not prove it.

I think I've found the footage that the BBC was claiming to be Tripoli . . .

. . . the were only off by a "few" miles . . . :lol:

(clipped article from PBS News Hour)
News Wrap: AIR DATE: Aug. 25, 2011

The prime minister of India called today for Parliament to discuss demands by an aging activist on a hunger strike -- 74-year-old activist Anna Hazare has been fasting for nine days to highlight his crusade against corruption. Prime Minister Manmohan Singh addressed lawmakers today on Hazare's plan. He also urged the activist to halt his hunger strike.

MANMOHAN SINGH, Indian prime minister: He has made his point. It has been registered with us. I respect his idealism. I respect him as an individual. His life is much too precious, and, therefore, I would urge Shri Anna Hazare to end his fast.

KWAME HOLMAN: In response, Hazare greeted thousands of cheering supporters at his protest camp in New Delhi, surrounded by Indian flags. They want an ombudsman with sweeping powers to investigate, among other things.

Note: The "Flags of India" story starts at 3:15

Sooo, another "cock up" from those fine folks at the BBC that not only "lost" ALL their 9-11 Archives (wink wink) . . . but made the "mistake" (wink wink) of reporting WTC-7 had fallen some 20 minutes before it actually did . . . with the reporter making the claim with the building still standing in the background . . . :lol: :lol: :lol:

Good NEWS production staff must be so hard to come by in the UK these days!!

peace.

NATO nations set to reap spoils of Libya war
As rebels take Tripoli, foreign powers are eyeing the prize of Libya's high quality crude oil.

Bull fucking shit from liejazeera. The plan is not to pump oil. It's to close the fucking valves.

Bull jazeera lost all ligitimacy for me the moment I read obambam had "turned to al jazeera for news". That COULD NOT be right.

Anyways, at one point some people have to understand that google is Evil (with a capital E) and so is feacesbook.

Lately I have become seriously cynical about this world and I am truly afraid this attitude will render me powerless.

This series of exposed "faked videos" that were coming out of Libya by CNN were at the core of my argument with Jim W. Dean and Gordon Duff at Veterans today as to why would should all be very careful with the very suspect story of Shweyga Mullah, the Gaddafi family nanny who CNN says was "tortured with boiling water because she couldn't keep the Gaddafi children from crying."

(clipped CNN headline and link)
"Hannibal's horrors: Others tell stories similar to burned nanny's"
http://articles.cnn.com/2011-09-02/worl ... s=PM:WORLD" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

I also pointed out that every non-CNN news agency that ran this story (Huffington Post, Forbes, etc) all used CNN as their source. I could find no other independent news agency doing their own story on this.

I also could find no mention of this gruesome Libyan horror story from the International Red Cross. One would think they would have released a statement if this were indeed true versus war time propaganda.

I also challenged if any other doctors besides the two on the earlier CNN report had examined her and if they agreed that these burns covering 70% of her body were caused by boiling water because to me they look more like 2nd and 3rd degree burns one sees from victims of a bombing raid. . .. like we say during Operation Cast Lead in Gaza.

What was shocking at Veterans Today is when Gordon Duff and Jim W. Dean starting calling me a "Wingnut Monster" and a "psychopath capable of anything" for not going along with this anti-Gaddafi story without question.

I really liked this latest posted CNN video with the audio analysis. Visual tricks are easy, but manipulating sound is much more difficult. That the same bullet shot "pattern" is repeatedly used, there is no dB sound level loss due to the distance between the fleeing vehicle and the unseen "Gaddafi Troops", and there is no signs of any "Doppler Effect" from the vehicle moving away or towards the source of the shots all point to fakery and sloppy editing. . . ;-)

peace.

I think this is how we can get people to understand that the MSM is not reporting the truth. If those that know how to edit these videos, do edit these videos, and we share them, well then the truth is in the pudding. Then we can go back to historical events and say "now look how this happened". Next thing you know you've got people checking for news anywhere except the MSM.

Right now too many still get their news from corporate media. This is a problem. I sent that pro-Gaddafi video to my dad (they watch CNN) and he said "I don't know what to believe anymore". He is 80 and he is aware that he is being lied to but how does he sleep comfortably in his bed at night during the last years of his life knowing that he was lied to all this time? It's a tough reality!

Teaching people to question the things they are told or the things that they see is not happening in our education systems or in our communities. We're not thinking anymore. Geo(bio)-engineered automatons.

I just saw something very interesting. Al Jazeera just posted this article on facebook:

http://english.aljazeera.net/indepth/op ... 40683.html" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

There were over 100 comments on the facebook page. People of all languages were posting about the TRUTH of 9/11 - there was NOT ONE positive feedback comment on the thread.

Al Jazeera deleted that thread and re-posted the article. There are now 6 comments on it. None of them backing the article. In fact one guy writes:
Andre C LOL - Al Jazeera journalism FAIL
:lol: :lol: :lol:

Do you see how this is working? Bastards!

Whenever I see this type of media manipulation, I always think of the quote from Lenin:
"The best way to control the opposition is to lead it ourselves."
- Vladimir Ilyich Lenin
. . . and how modern manipulators have corrupted the entire concept of the "Dialectic Method" of reasonably arguing two sides of a disagreement to establish TRUTH.

I was taught the terms, "Thesis", "Anti-Thesis", and "Synthesis" which are generally attributed to the philosopher Friedrich Hegel, although there is some debate on this. . . . ;-)

When someone tells you a "Lie" and they are very convincing, you may believe it "as if true" . . . especially if the "Lie" is part of a very emotionally manipulating story like "Babies In Incubators".

But at some point, the emotional lock wears off, and some contradiction or flaw in the "Lie" begins to boil up in the psyche.

At this point, one may say, "I want to hear the OTHER side of the story". So, the person goes out and looks for the "Anti-Thesis".

Many turned to "Al Jazeera", "Veterans Today", "Prison Planet", etc. thinking that this was a true source of the "Other Side Of The Story."

I guess this is why it is so important to teach the young not only the principles of Science and Logic, but to also arm them with the tools of Critical Thinking and Analysis.

Sadly, I see more and more schools pulling these programs from their curriculum . . . and replacing them with more and more conditioning programs like "Tolerance", "Holocaust(TM) Education", "Drug Awareness", ADL sponsored "Anti-Bullying" programs (i.e. how to be a "snitch"), and the deliberate teaching of falsehoods:

(clipped headline and link to NYC Department of Education Site)
"Department of Education and National September 11 Memorial & Museum Release 9/11 Curriculum for Schools"
http://schools.nyc.gov/Offices/mediarel ... se9111.htm" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

(link to video - approx. 3 minutes)
"9/11 Coloring Book (Sep, 2011) is Intended to Brainwash Your Kid: DO NOT BUY IT"
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Va_hz4DvIf8" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

I guess that is why I have spent so much of my life working on this wonderful "peer-to-peer", FULL-DUPLEX vs. simplex (broadcast only), real-time tool of TRUTH known as "The Internet" . . .

To me, the Internet is like that old story of the three blind monks coming up on the elephant in the path . . . times 7 BILLION monks all describing what they each see. . . . ;-)

peace.
