Your form of governing has been attempted. If you're nearly as smart as you claim to be then you would acknowledge that in every instance it has failed horribly. Even worse now that it is impossible to restict planetarian restrictions on firearms to proles.

The whole predisigned issues are people goverments will fail so long as proles have someone to get mad at. Provide the competent people with true information and have all of them vote on the issues and then there will be noone else to get angry with.

I completely agree with the fact that better people SHOULD rule, but you have to acknowledge that it could never work until some huge population control system is created, eliminating emotions, freethinking, unorthodoxy, religion, family, love.

Ultimately for anyone to rule the world they will be forced to destroy everything that exists within humanity. And if that must be done, then why rule anyways? I can do the exact same thing with age of empires.

Authoritarianism hasn't "failed" horribly and I really don't need to keep going on and on about it. Instead, maybe you should focus on YOUR beliefs that have a much worse track record.

Utopia won't be possible with technology unless your idea of utopia is hooking up your brain to a machine and living in a virtual reality ecstacy while accomplishing nothing in the real world. Then your kind will die out from a lack of reproduction (or death at the hands of "mine") and it'll be a moot point anyways.
