Ed, I love to hear Galloway speak out against the things he does, but how can such a bright and insightful man continue to stick up for the official 9/11 story and not expect it to tarnish his credibility? That's obviously a conscious decision on his part and I have to ask why and for whom is he taking such a laughable position.

It's very difficult just to mention it to people I know, nevermind for a politician. I have discussed it with a few people but they were already quite open-minded and intelligent on political issues. The reality is that a politician is just not going to get elected if he openly states that he thinks the official 9/11 story is completely false. And you don't even really have to talk about it in order to change things. Anyway, Galloway has had 9/11 skeptics on his radio show and I'm sure he said he found it very difficult to see how building 7 came down int he way it did. He's done good work for the antiwar movement so I still respect him for that. I don't like him in some ways but he has balls and we need more people like him who will genuinely stand up and say enough is enough.
