Do not post bullshit about Haarp, Fukushima was a natural disaster. Stuxnet however is a path worst researching which compounded the problem. "Earthquake space rays" are a distraction from stuxnet. There is no motive to attack Japan, plus the fall out is floating right over Alaska where haarp is located. And no it had nothing to do with military base contracts as those were signed Dec 10th 2010 for 5 years. This has crippled the nuclear industry, made Japan more dependent on Middle Eastern Oil including Iran, and made Japan more anxious to get rid of US bases as they don't want to pay for them. Japan has to pay 70% of the cost.

In the US as well as Canada there is a 99% chance whatever Japanese car you buy's parts, stamping, and building is all done within the US at Japanese own factories. In Canada too, it's probably built in Canada with parts also from Canada or from the US.

But for Aussies as well as other places in Asia you might be getting it shipped from Japan.
