I use myspace to plug this site and that's all I do on it. And now and then I tell funny stories about Japan. Remember dancing sumo? I have found that I can scoop people up there for this site. 99% of it is trash. and I agree with you on this. However for me, I think I still need to keep my account until this site gets larger. I never click on any ads. Also being in Japan its a free way to communicate with people all over the world.
For people who really dont use myspace for anything more than looking for people to cyber with or whatever you definately should close your account.

mmm the only reason I liked myspace was because you could edit your page and make it look cool... but now it doesn't matter... I would've closed my account a long time ago but my ex-girlfriend wanted me to stay in her top 8 or whatever.... PSSSSHHH

I have meet a lot of cool people in real life from my myspace. Everything about it is 100% real and can be verified. YOu just have to pull up my colleges and it has all the info about me. I m kind of well known in real life. I just dont share that part of me. I dont put info I dont want just anyone to know about me on my page, but I like it. I have friends in real life all over the world. I lived in Spain and now I live in the US. I lived in AZ, NY and was born in IL. Now I live in Texas. I have friends all over, so It is free for me to stay in touch vers pay the long distance rates. So, I guess I would say, Im gald I have my account.

I can see your point Tote, but look at it this way, we are using their system for free to fight against them.

I don't know. I didn't figure anyone would agree that uses myspace because it's like crack for peoples egos in my opinion. The only thing you can do on myspace that you usually can't do elsewhere is plaster pictures of yourself all over the place. If friends wanted to stay intouch and see pictures of what is going on in your life, you could just email them pictures. Know what I mean?
But just one more time to drive the point home, it supports Zionism, and I have a hard time listening to people who say they are against Zionism, and then advertise, for free, for Ruppert fucking Murdoch.

You know, the guy that owns Fox fucking News?

There is a clash there that I can not accept. When I found out Ruppert bought it, I closed my account and bought my own webspace. And sure, it would be nice to not have to pay for a site, but it is better than putting money into HIS pocket.
Yeah, that is true sometimes an ego thing I agree. But most people, like to have some idea of who the person is before they talk to a stranger. I do like what "gamer" said that it is a nice way to use the system to fight the system.
I dont use my email address for a lot of keeping in touch. Im married so sometimes I like to have a space that is just MY personal space. You know what I mean?

Tote, i like what you have to say but everybody is sucked into the machine no matter what you and others say. Unfourtunately i still have mine up but i dont spam post or comment or whatever is on that shit no more. The fucked up part is there is other social networking sites similar to the myspace enigine that we can use spam-safe, virus-safe, spy-safe blah blah balh but they only have like 1000 members in them because everyone is sucked into the myspace hole. my point is regardless what you say, no one here who has myspace and most likely including myself aint going to cancel their accounts. There 1000s of reason why people go on that shit.
you know my homies told me, "hey fucker why do you post that political bullshit on spyspace? everybody in myspace is too fucken stupid to look at that shit that they rather look for someone to fuck." hey makes a good point and its good to know that very few do have interest in it. I gave up on myspace a long time ago.
ehhh fuck it i dont know shit, the fucken Mickeys is talkin, not me honestly....Ry, wheres the under the influence emoticon? lol

situational ethics?
What kind of ethics to you purpose? Absolute, moral law? I just dont think things are that black and white. There is no way that a person can know every detail about a situation to judge or know they know the best course of action.
Murder? isnt always wrong lying? isnt always wrong
Do tell, my friend what you mean.

WOW
-good stuff
-in fact you must be some kind of writter cause I read through that entire long ass post.
-oh, your right the eyes do run away w/themselves but like you I would rather respect someone at the end of the day, not just fuck them. Although nice too, its just fix.
-I still have an account and perhaps one day, I wont, who knows. I havent had long, so I guess you could say I m at a different phase then you.
