Treasonous health care bill passes house

Post by neoConSlayer » Sun Nov 08, 2009 5:45 pm

The spineless dipshits in congress have passed another bill that benefits another industry that they belong to, the insurance companies. This bill forces all american's to buy health care and fines/jails those who cant afford it. Based on this bullshit alone (and im sure there are equally worse appendages of this monstrosity) this bill should never have passed. luckily im reading that it will have more trouble in the senate and hopefully that remains true.

It's like Roberts said sure lets fix homelessness buy forcing people to buy homes or go to jail.

Look people who don't have health insurance (Like myself) choose that because they simply can't afford it. It cost too much. If I get really sick or screwed up I guess Ill be leaving the country. I can't pay for the lowest health insurance even. And shit is even higher for Native Americans. It's high for white women as well. Likewise car insurance cost more for white men.

It's bull shit to change prices based on race, sex, or age. As long as they're being ridiculous why not go ahead and add eye color, show size, or height, into the equation as well. The real reason for all of that is to gerrymander prices to fit incomes. Generally 50 year old white men make more... AKA rape the middle class as much as possible.

Forcing people to buy healthcare doesn't make the cost go down it makes it go up. It makes more people that have to be covered and because it is mandated the insurance companies know that you can't back out so they can charge the max that the market will bare.

I hate our spineless congress. They voted for the bail outs as well, and both wars, sanctions on Iran etc

There even members of congress who deny evolution in favor of creationism. That is the level of stupidity we are dealing with.

I'd like to wait until we find out whats in those 2,000 pages before I judge it. Honestly I don't have much faith in Obama, but if he delivers canadian style health care, I'm 100% down!
