1.) The new START Accords should succeed in lessening the number of nukes on hair trigger alert in both Russia and the United States.
2.) Democracy for the People of Egypt and Tunisia.
3.) Peace for the Israelis and the Palestinians.
4.) Multiple alternative energy source breakthroughs.
5.) Peace in the Middle East.
If these five things are accomplished, it would be good not only for the United States, but for the whole World as well. We can work together to slowly move away from the fear of all-out nuclear war. We can have peace and brotherhood/sisterhood in the Middle East. And we can find a way to power our lives without having to rely on oil. This would allow us to start moving from fear and dependence as part of loose alliances to cooperation and interdependence as fellow Human Beings.
