The person that should be most "domonise"d is Obama for being a hypocrite in offering support to protestersdicktater wrote:
Barack Obama, US president, offered more support for protesters against the global financial system after a weekend of demonstrations in cities around the world, but called on them not to “demonise” those who worked on Wall Street.

What? This is just STUPID. Are they retarded?Colbyor wrote: "there is no political solution FUCK RON PAUL"
Oh wait, no not retarded ... just paid to do this.
As far as I can see the political solution 'could be' to elect Ron Paul.
Re: Occupy Wall Street
its an assault on your mind to stand down at OWS and try to reason with most the people there... not like a 51% most, but like a 97% most... im sort of sad that people defend it, without going down there or being intellectually honest about whats going on down there... i saw luke rudowski a few days ago and, honestly i have massive respect for him, but he seemed like he was forcing optimism about the whole thing... and im sensing that from a lot of places... its like who's not pissed at wall street? heres an event capturing that feeling and outrage, being forcefed to everyone for months... it stinks bad, and its not the hippy stink...
Re: Occupy Wall Street
I went to the Los Angeles one on the first weekend it began and most everyone seemed cool, onboard/aware. There were guys holding up Ron Paul banners and I didn't see anyone give them a hard time. One lady was holding a sign that read 'beware of agent provocateurs' which at first glance I thought was strange but when I contemplated what all could fit under that it wasn't so nutty after all. There were a couple opportunists selling stuff like (ugly) feather jewelry and scents and you could smell some mj and patchoulii (stink!). However, the message most people seemed eager to get across was their resentment of the bankers and the bailouts and governments mismanaged spending and false wars. There were signs dogging Obama and there was one sign of Captain Piccard's facepalm (ha!). I thought it was good and at that point at least was not co-opted.

United States Marine Corps. Sgt. Shamar Thomas from Roosevelt, NY went toe to toe with the New York Police Department. An activist in the Occupy Wall Street movement, Thomas voiced his opinions of the NYPD police brutality that had and has been plaguing the #OWS movement.
Thomas is a 24-year-old Marine Veteran (2 tours in Iraq), he currently plays amateur football and is in college.
Thomas comes from a long line of people who sacrifice for their country: Mother, Army Veteran (Iraq), Step father, Army, active duty (Afghanistan), Grand father, Air Force veteran (Vietnam), Great Grand Father Navy veteran (World War II).

Re: Occupy Wall Street
That was awesome! More people need to stand up to them and say that. But the fear they create with their uniforms and badges doesn't make it easy. The fact that they are armed and we are not is a problem. This guy has no fear of these people. He probably has no fear whatsoever.
