fair enough Im just used to the people saying "don't vote man bla bla" you know.

At the same time, take the presidential election for example. Should I vote anyway if I don't want to vote for either candidate? I don't believe a write in accomplishes anything unless we can get a significant amount of people to write in an eligible candidate. Say for example, you have Obama and Romney, and one is probably expected to get 51% of the vote. If you could get a write in for Ron Paul at about 33% vote, you'd have something. That takes a lot of organization and I don't know if that would be enough time to get that kind of national organization by this election. I just got deja vu typing this.

If everyone thought I am not going to take any actions that will probably fail unless everyone else is gonna do it, then no momentum would ever happen. The elections for congress senate and president and local government are all on the same day so if you are gonna vote in those other things anyway I see NO reason not to take 3 or 4 seconds to write ron paul for president. every write invote no matter who it is for is a protest vote against the establishment.
