i thought it was pretty cool, somewhat original, i'd like to see more movies where they span huge amounts of time and tie stories together... something historical instead of fantasy

I liked it too. Saw "The fountain" aswell, liked it too. In europe we tend to work with scales based on 10 not 5. And when I say like it's like 3/5.
Does that mean my taste in movies is excellent?
I watch a lot of movies but I actively try to avoid anything hollywood.
If you like good to excellent and don't mind having your mind blown I might add a list.
