You talk about bias Ry, you have a lot of it. And even if your way of looking at the case was right (which all evidence, including the video above, points to not being so), being creepy and following someone is not illegal. Punching someone is.

Kondon the only evidence we have that trevon punched him first is Zimmermans word. How about this he lied.
The evidence we do have is he followed a guy on foot in the rain saying fucking assholes. He was angry the other guy was just running away from him.
There is no way Z just found him and stopped to talk. I say he grabbed him since he couldn't let him "get away" and thats how the fight started. It doesn't matter to me that being a creepy fuck and following someone ion both your truck and then on foot is not illegal it is still Wrong.
He created the confrontation based on his own prejudice thinking anyone walking outside was a criminal. And now a 17 person is dead.

Reverse the roles: a black guy is following you in his truck and so you run away and then he runs after you though the rain. Do you think he might be after you? You should because he is otherwise he would not be chasing you. Do you have the right to defend yourself? Yes you do. Is it defense then if the guy shoots you when he is who started chasing you?

if you have to double think this so that well blacks are always the bad guys then you're racist whether you admit it to yourself or not.

What? NO WAY? Isn't that what the Jury decided was most plausible? You do realize this kid has the twitter handle NO_LIMIT_NIGGA, got into fights, and called zimmerman a "creepy ass cracka"? This is where you lose me Ry. Zimmerman was a vigilante who clearly wanted to lower crime in his neighborhood, and he also had a gun on him. What the hell else would he want with Trayvon besides asking him questions and maybe telling him to beat it?

He's the NEIGHBORHOOD WATCH CAPTAIN! It's his job to go around and report suspicious activity. It's not his job to follow people, but it's not illegal. You know what a normal person does? "Sorry, I don't know anything about any robberies" or even "Fuck off I don't know anything". But no. Trayvon starts wailing on the guy and smashing his head.

Lemme make my case as to what I think happened. Zimmerman to me looked like a good guy who had a strong sense of justice. He probably has a charles bronson fake cop/vigilante type of attitude. Nothing wrong with that if you're on the right side (to a degree). He went out of his way to help a homeless black guy who was beaten, was good to his neighbors, signed up for neighborhood watch, etc. Over time he's in this neighborhood and burgluries are happening. Most of the bulgelers are young black males and these "fucking punks always get away". When you're in any type of law enforcment its impossible not to be prejudiced, because the numbers dont lie. So anyway, Trayvon is in the neighborhood walking around, acting suspiciously (from the phonecall zimm said "he's acting wierd, touching his pants, might be on drugs etc") and Zimmerman follows him instead of taking the dispatchers word because he's sick of them always getting away. He goes up to trayvon and approaches him causiously, saying "what are you doing". Now, trayvon might have grown up to be a good guy 10-15 years from now, but at this stage, he is a thug. A hoodlum. Not because he's black, but because the large amount of evidence from his facebook, twitter, text conversations, and school suspensions. Zimmerman approaches him, maybe he doesn't see the gun, and says to himself "fuck this nigga" and starts beating the shit out of him. Then he got shot.

The cops were so crooked they didn't even arrest him there wasn't even going to be a trial until there was enough pressure to make one happen then he got 6 jurors instead of 12 and somehow they were all white women. Also this is circumstantial but he had also molested a child in Virginia, beat a woman and assaulted a police officer. And he went to Anger management classes and took psychotropic drugs. None of that applies to Martin other than that he got away with all of it other than than hitting the cop which he still got reduced to being a misdemeanor. He can't go back to Virginia where he is charged for pedophilia because he'll go to trial.

No evidence he lied I agree with. The evidence for telling the truth comes from the "thank god" and scars on Trayvons knuckles and his head.

You have a lot of bias Ry. Obviously the gun was loaded, he was talking to a dispather and swore once, and yes, it was raining. The way you write it makes it seem like he's a supervillian. The cops didn't find any evidence to arrest him on. The only reason it went to trial is because jesse jackson and al sharpton and other professional victims decided to rake in some cash from a #justicefortrayvon campaign. As for them being white women, i think one was hispanic and I don't know how them being women is relevant. All the circumstantial stuff I looked up was mostly BS except for the domestic abuse, and the charges were dropped. The pedophilia looks like some shit that was drummed up to change public perception, but who knows.

1 he didn't have scars on his hand. 2 If he did that shows he hit him that doesn't mean he hit him first. Or hit him befoe Zimmerman tried to grab him.
"Thank God" was his only option. He has to say that and call the bluff because if it is true he is finished anyway.

Also those cops are corrupt as hell.
Zimmerman supposedly though Martin had something in his hands and had a hand in his waistband. (he didn't have anything) and yet he got out of his truck and went after him in the rain without his own gun drawn. Why because he was lying to the dispatcher too. He was setting this up to kill in defense. He did not as he said see something in Martin's hand not unless it was a drink or a pack of skittles.
