RFK Assassination

It seems like an open and shut case. We have a man with a gun who shot RFK in front of numerous witnesses. Sirhan Bishar Sirhan was a Palestinian Christian. A bit on the nose. And he had a news papers on his person in case he was killed they would find that explaining his motives were because of Kennedy’s support for Israel.

Nice to speak to my second favorite vegetarian.

RFK did not support Israel at all.

Problems with the story

—Forensic evidence

  • there are 13 bullets Sirhan’s gun was a 22, cal 8 shot revolver (2 in Kennedy 5 in by standers and one in the ceiling) A FOIA issued in 1976 shows FBI photos of more bullets in the door frame in the kitchen pantry behind Sirhan, they drew circles around them. There is also a photo of Thmoas Noguchi inspecting them.
  • Eye witnesses Angelo DiPierro and Martin Patrusky also saw the bullet hole and a bullet in the door frame. FBI agent on the agent on June 5th William Bailey who got to have a closer look at the crime scene was also was positive there were two bullet holes and bullets. he said as much to LA Country supervisor Baxter Ward.  recovered from that spot.

    • Sirhan fired from the front, all three shots plus the hole in his coat were fired from behind him.
    • The bullets found at the scene do match each other.

—Coroner evidence

  • Powder Burn marks on Kennedy’s body
  • Chemical test on Kennedy’s jacket
  • Ballistics test – William Harper a nationally respected criminologist compared the bullet pulled out of RFK’s neck to one pulled out of a by stander Woody Weisel and noticed the two bullets differed distinctly in firing angle. Herbert McDonald, noticed that RFK bullet had 1 cannelure (ring) and Weisel bullet had 2.

Thomas Noguchi the LA County Corner and DeWayne Wolfer the Police Examiner agreed that the fatal shot was inches from RFK’s right ear and less than one inch from his head.

  • Every single witness placed Sirhan firing in front of Kennedy and from far more than a inch away.
  • Karl Uecker the only man standing between Kennedy and Sirhan pushed Sirhan over the pantry steam table after the second shot. (this might be why there was a bullet in the ceiling.)

—Acoustic evidence

  • 13 shots firedRobert Joling and Philip Van Praag say that after analyzing audio recordings of the assassination they concluded that at least 13 shots were fired.
  • Forensic audio specialists Wes Dooley and Paul Pegas of Audio Engineering Associates in Pasadena found evidence of at least 10 shots on the tape, that is at least 10 shots

—Witnesses heard more than 8 shots

Vincent Bugliosi former LA district attorney (who had prosecuted Charles Manson) was convicted of a second shooter. He said something to the effect of time of counting bulletts is over we need to be looking for the firering squad.

Nina Rhodes-Hughes reported she heard 12 to 14 shots.

“There were at least 12, maybe 14. And I know there were because I heard the rhythm in my head,”

Even if she was wrong, this is what she told the FBI and they altered her statement to say that she told then there were 8 shots. This is a very important witness because not only is she telling us that she heard more than 8 shots. She is revealing that the FBI changed her statements. This implicates collusion.

—Witnesses Saw TEC with his gun out of his holster and reported that he fired it.

Don Schulman (CBS News and was a witness) said Sirhan stepped out from the kitchen and Kennedy’s body guard fired back. He saw TEC pull out and fire his gun.

Thane lied about what gun he had. He lied about when he sold his .22 caliber pistol saying he sold it 3 month before the shooting.  But the receipt of sale proved he sold it 3 months after the shooting. Sep 6, 1968

  • Harassing witnesses

in Aug 1971 the day before his testimony William Harper was followed by two men in a Buick who shot the back of his car.

Thomas Noguchi was fired. Godfrey Isaac an attorney, contested this firing and got him reinstated. He assisted in the RFK probe and then his wife died in mysterious circumstances.

Wald Emerson got death threats over the phone.  He was financing research into the murder.

Theador Charach was assaulted with a gun and told to turn over evidence.  He was both a witness and an investigator into the shooting.  His assistant Betty Dryer was knifed.

SirhanSirhan was not running around doing these things nor was he who had files destroyed.

  • Thane

Thane’s neck tie was on the floor near RFK’s hand.

Thane was a temporary employee of Ace Security. He was called June 4th the day before the event to replace a regular security personnel. Thane had had run ins with the law.  Ace Security itself was used by US National Bank in San Diego.  The controlling conglomerate of US National Bank was Westgate -California run by Nixon’s mafia buddy C. Arnholt SmithJohn Alessio was director as well as a stockholder of Westgate‐California. His real name was Giovanni Sevano Alissio. He ran Horse and Dog tracks in the US and Mexico but he had a bookmaking operation in Mexico where that was legal but he accepted bets on US races.  Alessio had Cesar’s Tijuana arrest record erased. So he owed him one.

Chief Defense Consil for Sirhan was Grant Cooper.  This guy also defended four co-defendents of Jonny Rosselli.  (Friars Club case) Jonny Roselli was murdered after he met with the House Select Committee on Assassinations who were investigating the murder of JFK. His testimony is classified. The cut up this guy’s body and place the parts in drums and then dumped them in the Gulf of America. That sends a message doesn’t it.

Cooper also was convicted of accessory to a crime in 1969 because he had unauthorized possession of secret grand jury testimony.  (Mob uses that to figure out witnesses and then murder them).  Because of this Sirhan’s defense was passed to the co-cousil Russell Parsons. Do you want to take a wild guess about whether he was clean? He routinely defended mobsters and had himself been investigated over his mafia connections by the chief counsel of the Senate Racket committee. You probably heard of him.  Robert F Kennedy.

Parson’s wrote a reference letter for Mickey Cohen recommending to Cleveland authorities that they terminate his probation.  Cohen had also ran a gambling operation out of the Ambassador Hotel in previous years.  He was in jail at the time of the assassination though.

Evelle Younger the DA bragged about being soft on Crime (very Californian of him) and two weeks after promising to release files discovered many were destroyed.

May 28th a week before he was killed RFK spent 2 hours in Oxnard California checking out a lead into his brothers death. RFK suspected Jimmy Hoffa could have had a role in murdering his brother.

Murray Chotiner a lawyer for Jimmy Hoffa also ran campaigns for a fairly famous Californian as his field director.  You wanna guess who that was? He was a governor.  You know his name.  Earl Warren.

Indeed Jimmy Hoffa and Carmine Galente were overheard by a fellow prisoner discussing a contract killing on RFK in May of 1968.

Sirhan worked at the San Anti race track and the Del Mar Race track. in 1966 he was recruited to work at the Corona Horse Breeding Farm by Frank Donneroummas a mobster form NJ. His real name Henry Ramistella.

Sirhan was in debt. His notebook had messages in it that at the time looked legit but in hindsight just look like Hollywood’s idea of a crazy person. He had written KILL RFK must Kill RFK and Don Donner Donneroumas pl- pl please pay to the order of 5. They made it look all like the type writer in the movie the shining.  That was the current fad in psychology of the time of how mentally ill people behaved.

best and mnost over the top of all which deserves a 40 headless babies award was that Sirhan Sirhan showed up to the assassination with a new paper rolled up in his pocket about Palestine and Israel just in case he didn’t survive you would still know his motive.  but he did survive and acts likehe has no memory of any of it. Was he hypnotisized? While that is possible i dont want to argue about it, but its a lot more reliable to just drug someone.

A lot of shady bastards were at the ambassador hotel some of whom were at Daily Plaza too who were 100% not fans of RFK who went to se him anyway as if they knew something was going to go down.
